Truly horrific service. No care, no empathy, no desire to helpful, no sense that anyone cares about what's happening or that the room is full of real people. If you want to feel dehumanized and worthless then these are good people to be around.
Went in for blood the technician was just absolutely rude. First time going in there and last. Didn't even get the blood drawn.
This small branch of the Laboratory Alliance group is in convenient and easy to reach. Due to the 'convenience' factor of this location is sometimes staffed by a single phlebotomist. There might be someone working the reception desk as well. Due to this, the human factor of fallibility or mistake is inevitable.
