I had an ACTUAL appointment at 4:15pm for an office that is listed as scheduled as open until 4:30pm. I arrived, a very disabled person who had to navigate snow and construction with very limited mobility using my rollator to get to my appointment on time and I did make it on time. I was there right at 4:14pm to find a note on the door that they were “sorry for the inconvenience, but they were closed early - at 4:00pm - for the day due to staffing issues.” I had a scheduled appointment and no one called me. Went in for lab work. Blood draw and urine sample. Was told by receptionist that they did not have a bathroom for patients to give a urine sample and tried to give me a kit to take with me and bring back. I live an hour away, so that wasn't happening. In my opinion, that means they aren't a real lab. Just put a sign on the door that says blood draws only. There’s 2 locations on Irving Ave. 475 (Madison) and 739 (across from Crouse Hospital). Both have different hours of operation, so checking LACNY’s website is better than Google. Staff here has always been super nice and efficient. Update: This is now LabCorp!! Lab Alliance does not exist anymore.
