Went in for blood the technician was just absolutely rude. First time going in there and last. Didn't even get the blood drawn.
This small branch of the Laboratory Alliance group is in convenient and easy to reach. Due to the 'convenience' factor of this location is sometimes staffed by a single phlebotomist. There might be someone working the reception desk as well. Due to this, the human factor of fallibility or mistake is inevitable. Had blood work and the lab didn't collect all of the tests ordered. We only found out when the doc only received some of the results. I went back, taking time off of work, and they took the rest of the blood work. Then a few days later lab alliance called me stating they didn't get the blood out in time so I had to come in again. To avoid taking time off of work I asked to go to a different lab alliance location on a Saturday. They agreed and said they would be fine.
