Came today for time sensitive, but routine test for a phlebotomist to draw. Their policy is to take patients until 12:15pm. I walked in at 12:07pm and the registration light was already off. I called out “Hello” a couple of times and the phlebotomist saw me and went to get the receptionist. The receptionist was clearly annoyed when she asked for my script. Melissa is an amazing phlebotomiist. Shes kind and compassionate and knows whats she's doing. Im normally I hard stick but she got it first time!
First time getting a blood draw in my life. Amazing job from the phlebotomist and the assistant nurse. The needle hurt more coming out than it did going in but that was fine, just hurt me a bit. Filled four vials
The phlebotomist at this location is EXCELLENT! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very respectful. And I saw how she interacted with other people . I'm shocked that she's the only one there. She had to draw my husband twice in 10 days. We made sure the second time to go to that location just for her. She is that good! He never felt it,no fishing or bruising.
