Very friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable about what I was interested in.
Couldn't be more pleased with the work they did for me. They were so nice and took the time to help me make a custom piece of jewelery for my daughter for a going away gift before her move across country. It was beautiful and a piece that she will pass down to generations at some point. Also, they sized some rings for me and were so nice to go the extra mile on some other questions I had. Rudest woman I ever met in my life... and they RUINED my ring. I have heard this from others in Meridian also. Never will I go back to this store.
Bought a 2 ct diamond from them. They took the time to show me the difference in qualities so that I was very satisfied when I left. They know what they are doing and the service they provide cant be had at the mall stores.
