They never fix anything, you call and call and they say maintenance will be over xyz and they either don’t come, reschedule, Or just don’t fix the problem at all. But to make matters worse they are bigots. Constantly calls transgender tenets the wrong gender and name, no matter how many times they are politely reminded. They will go out of the way to call you sir, man, ma’am lady on purpose while knowing you’re transgender. They knew tenants old name and new name and still chose to refer to them as the latter. I wouldn’t even give it one star if I had the option horrible management they tried to trick me into signing another lease when I was there to sign papers to move out when I refused to sign they charged me for another 2 months and now it’s on my credit I gave them 2 months notice and they are also claiming I never let them know I moved no privacy at all they banged on my door at 8am to resign papers they lost and so many more stories I can tell just do yourself a favor and don’t rent here
They’re nice apartments for the area. Management comes and goes a lot, seems like they can’t keep employees. I do like that they want to keep their properties nice. The outside is always clean and groomed. They have clean up stations for your pets outside. However, there is no privacy. I’ve had maintenance unlock my door and walk in without notice.
