Do not recommend they said they could go my nails like the inspo and they did a terrible job had to ask them to take the design off and they didn’t want to refund the money they said only gift card. Why would I want a gift card if I’m Not happy with the services. I ended up just leaving the difference as a tip, that was not fully deserved.
If i could leave 0 star i would. used to go here all the time so I thought okay they can't mess up a simple set? I went yesterday around 6:15 and the tech started immediately. like no cleaning up my cuticles or anything, just started gluing the nail tips on, there was no prep. when she was cutting down the nail tips she used scissor, they looked like scissors kids use in school. they were also extremely dirty?? when she started drilling she kept getting my skin, then she started drilling under the nail and just kept getting ... read more
I will never go this place again. I got short stiletto nails and the lady at the register said they were long and tried to charge me $75. After I said they weren't long she changed the price to $70. The charm on my big toe nail came that same day. It's been almost a week and my clear toenail polish, which was supposed to be gel is already chipping. Even the customer service was bad, they didn't cut on the massage chair or anything while doing my full set and pedicure. They don't offer you anything to drink and the nail tech ... read more
They always have great service and very friendly. Today i went in and they had new pedicure options and I went with the Volcano. This was the best experience ever, it is definitely worth it. I have been going here since it opened and I will never go anywhere else.
I paid $90 for a long set but received a medium set with terrible designs. The customer service was horrendous. She was rude and she cut my finger and didn’t even apologize for it. I’m never coming back here again and I don’t recommend you come here either.
