Initially answered all questions and accommodated my business requests. The gentleman who signed me up was very professional. But after recurring loss of customers with common complaint about the phone system, I had multiple caller check on the problem. They were unpleasant to the customers. Instructions on how to route calls were not followed. The business name was not pronounced correctly. They did not schedule any appointments, although it was the main reason to sign up. "Antonia" answered my call and was extremely rude and argumentative while I was trying to leave a message for my daughter's doctor. I can't believe any medical office would pay this company to answer their phones after hours.
