We closed on November 2023 and we are still in love with out new home. The home feels luxurious and was built very well.
Poor and sloppy craftsmanship.
Label and Co. built our current home in Skycove. While the home is great, the HOA has been a whole different story. Label and Co signed us into contracts that were not in our best interest. When we signed the HOA was projected to gradually go up, but be no more than $100 per quarter. It has tripled in the two years we have been here. We were paying $87 a quarter and our new budget is projected at $354/ quarter. This is how Label & Co stores your personal documents (contracts). Found this in their Seaglass model in the open, unsecured garage for ANYONE to access. These boxes contain your name, address, date of birth, social security number, copies of checks, and copies of your drivers license..etc 🤬
