I love the atmosphere but unfortunately it was such a disappointment. We were there on Saturday night for a special occasion for a friend of mine. They were understaffed, and had two huge parties and we kept hearing excuses as to why everything was taking so long, because of these other parties. Our waiter did his best, but we went very long stretches of time without drinks or refills on water, took forever to get appetizers, and it was well over two hours before we even got our entrees. Meredith, you are correct, we were certainly understaffed. During this time of year we hesitate allowing people to sit on the patio until the correct staffing is ready. Being from Rochester we know we can't do this, so we do our best to accommodate. We apologize for the experience and truly hope you give us another shot-when this weather is in full swing, stop down... We'll be sure to provide a much nicer experience.
At least the food was good. Apparently Sunday late afternoon isn't the ideal time for their staffs convenience. No hostess to seat us. Never got place settings. Took forever to order. Meanwhile we are still waiting on out check right now. Maybe there was a glitch in the system today. Maybe not.

Came here for cocktails after Easter Bunch and had an amazing time. Bartenders were extremely friendly. Will definitely be back for happy hour or Sunday brunch
Best fried green tomatoes and truffle fries in the world! A great atmosphere on the canal with an accommodating, knowledgeable staff.
Sheesh! What took us so long to finally try this place of awesomeness?? Loved it and it's now on our favorites list!!
Fabulous staff (shout out to Jeff that works there)... best sunday brunch in rochester!!! Atmosphere is great, new/ updated bar area is cozy with enough room! Recommend everyone check it out
