The food and service was awesome, just a hick up with the receptionist. My daughter called earlier in the day to make a reservations but was told they don't make same-day reservations so she said we'll be there around 6:00 since we had kids with us, is that a problem? The girl she was speaking with said no you should be able to be seated within 30 minutes so we thought OK, when we got there we were told there would be a 2 1/2 half hour wait, BIG MISTAKE!!! Don't get me wrong, the food is excellent. But why in the world would you not take reservations on three nights out of the week...your busiest nights of the week?!?!? Why won't you let us put our names on the wait list over the phone either. We have to drive across town, put our names down, and then wait for an hour in your five uncomfortable chairs (if we are lucky) or stand outside in the sweltering heat?!?!? We visited this restaurant knowing nothing of it before hand. It was absolutely AMAZING. Hands down best steak I've ever had. Wish they'd open one in Michigan.. until then I'll just make the 12hr drive �
Label is one of my favorite restaurants in johnson city. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is a perfect setting. The service here is top notch. I love the different menu options and the bar has several selections of bourbons as well. Thank you label for a great time, always.
