GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was greated by two wonderful ladies at the counter with a very warm welcome. They assisted me with signing in and even the manager came out and greeted me as well and asked if there was anything she could do. We go back in the room and she walk me through exactly what she was going to do. Being a very apprehensive person I appreciate and her telling me it was all going to be ok.
