I have come here many times. I watched the last patient come out…. Then nothing for 30 plus minutes! What the heck are they doing in there!! They have absolutely no consideration for the inconvenient waiting times- horrible!
I just had my blood drawn by Lisa and she was amazing. She was so kind and it was a painless experience. I had a bad/painful/long experience at a different labcorp location and will be using this labcorp again.
Worst healthcare customer service EVER BOTH times. I am not sure who hired these inadequate ladies!! Could the corportate contact me please? I really regret having gone to this locaiton. I am not sure if it is the lack of qualified workforce or something wrong with the training and management here ...
Be more specific about your working hours. The ladies didn’t assist me because I arrived at check-in at 2:28 PM, even though it’s supposed to be open until 2:30 PM. This is exactly why things are the way they are — people just don’t want to work anymore.
