I just had my blood drawn by Lisa and she was amazing. She was so kind and it was a painless experience. I had a bad/painful/long experience at a different labcorp location and will be using this labcorp again.
Worst healthcare customer service EVER BOTH times. I am not sure who hired these inadequate ladies!! Could the corportate contact me please? I really regret having gone to this locaiton. I am not sure if it is the lack of qualified workforce or something wrong with the training and management here ...
Be more specific about your working hours. The ladies didn’t assist me because I arrived at check-in at 2:28 PM, even though it’s supposed to be open until 2:30 PM. This is exactly why things are the way they are — people just don’t want to work anymore.
Lisa took care of us this morning. I got there 5.30 am. The place opened at 6. Honestly it was 6.20 and they already had called me and my son. With no appointment. Lisa was awesome, she was nice and soft ,specially with my son. KUDDOS for her!
