I had an amazing experience yesterday with LabCorp the two ladies that work LabCorp yesterday, which was June 5, 2026 were absolutely amazing. I love how fast they got through to everyone and efficiently. 10 out of 10 I do recommend this location.
I’ve been to this location twice now. Every time the staff is very rude. My doctor’s fax number is wrong on the order form so I informed them and tried to provide the right one and they are so resistant to help. I came in for standard blood draw service and they always tell me they’re full but at check in , I’m always accepted.
Echoing other reviews, I witnessed a Labcorp tech barking at people in the Walgreens Pharmacy waiting area, and one instance stood out -- an elderly gentleman who could not move back to the lab area quickly enough to suit the technician... I checked in on-site on their tablet, a process which included providing my driver's license and insurance info -- and then waited 45 minutes past my appointment time before asking when I would be taken back. Very frustrating experience this morning trying to reach someone at the Labcorp inside Walgreens. I spent over 45 minutes just trying to ask two simple questions: whether they perform blood tests at this location and whether they accept my insurance. Despite multiple attempts, it seems nearly impossible to reach a live person. Everything routes through automated systems with no clear way to speak to actual staff.
