I was there this morning. I didn't have an appointment. BUT! Everything went very quickly. I wish I remembered the lab technician's name – she was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful! I needed some tests done on my child as per the doctor's orders, and she explained everything to me very well. And everything was done with a smile and a friendly attitude.thank you !

You take walk-ins and appointments however there’s only 1 technician working. No regards for people fasting and having to do urine tests as well. Staff speaks very short when asked a question by people waiting to be serviced. Why even take walk-ins if they’re concentrating strictly on appointments. This service is ridiculous
At another location I had to wait 2 hours because I didn't have an appointment, so I decided to make an appointment this time, and here I am 20 min past my appointment and they're calling in walk-ins first. Someone said they get the walk-ins in between appointment. I think they're getting walk-ins that arrived before I did, even though I was here on time for my appointment.
