Labcorp really needs to find employees who care and have better attitudes. Everyone one is going thru something and I get customer service isn’t what it used to be but these 2 working in here are highly unprofessional and beyond rude.
Never recommend!! When you book an appointment, they dont ask your blood work to be uploaded or they dont tell u to print it. When u arrive , they make u send an email, after 30 min waiting, as you also lose your spot, thair emal system is not working i faxed it with paying 10usd plus you wait another 30 min. It is not acceptable to spent 1.5 hours for blood work when u have an appointment.. Fix your system or dont ask how u are doing .. it s not an acceptable quality of service..
I come back to this location for all my family's bloodwork because the pharmacy technicians are very professional, fast, and friendly. They get you in and out quickly, and they've never had to poke me or my daughter a 2nd time, which is always great!
So happy with their service! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thomasina was very nice and did her job well. I’ve been poked 4x plus other times. She got it on the first stick.
