Arrived at 1150am. Appt was 1145am. Checked in. Sat down & waited. Noticed a different sign that said to check in using QR code. Coukdnt get signal in back of store (how useless). Walk to front of store to check in. Get checked in. Go back. Lady comes out & says she cant see me until 130pm. I explain issue checking in. She doesnt care, it HER lunch now. I left. Dont recommend labcorp at Walgreens on 49th st in St Pete.

Extremely busy, but efficient
Labcorp really needs to find employees who care and have better attitudes. Everyone one is going thru something and I get customer service isn’t what it used to be but these 2 working in here are highly unprofessional and beyond rude.
Never recommend!! When you book an appointment, they dont ask your blood work to be uploaded or they dont tell u to print it. When u arrive , they make u send an email, after 30 min waiting, as you also lose your spot, thair emal system is not working i faxed it with paying 10usd plus you wait another 30 min. It is not acceptable to spent 1.5 hours for blood work when u have an appointment.. Fix your system or dont ask how u are doing .. it s not an acceptable quality of service..
