It took 45 minutes, even with an appointment. Check in equipment, scanner broken on both of them. Staff uninterested and could care less.
I will never bring me or my children back here, As we proceeded to wait after we checked in at the kiosk. A lady with short cut dreads and glasses yelled my daughters full name and another lady’s name before us that should be a Hippa violation. She then stated she was not drawing my daughter’s blood because she has a balance and I can’t do it until it is paid. She was so rude and very unprofessional. I want to recognize a phlebotomist Brittany she was great I did not even know she drew my blood i had an appointment and was taken on time she's very nice and very upbeat and friendly great personality I definitely recommend her and this location!!!
