I love this Labcorp in Walgreens.You don’t have to wait like other locations. It’s gets a little crowded but I would rather go to Chaddsford than other locations.
The lab staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and displayed a negative attitude, as if she hated her job. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning for future lab work. BTW, there is no waiting area. You have to stand in front if the lab room door in the middle of Walgreen’s aisles.
Horrible technician at Labcorp! Booked appointment online as per instructions. The technician couldn’t explain why she can’t to the test which their online platform says is available at the location. Zero sense of customer service. Total waste of time.
Great experience at this Labcorp@Walgreens Chadds Ford with phlebotomist Kia. I scheduled online and found that the Chadds Ford lab had lots of early morning appointments about 1 week out (other Labcorps in the area had mostly late morning and mid-day hours 2-3 weeks out). Early kiosk checkin quick & easy with drivers license. Kia took me a few minutes early and was pleasant and efficient with paperwork, insurance and blood draw.
