Waited for an hour after checking in for my appointment. Multiple walk ins went in before me, staff was horrible at communication. Ended up leaving and going to the Pensauken LabCorp which was a much better experience.

Had a specimen to drop off. I typed drop off. After waiting 25 minutes I called out to the technician calling out for another patient. She was very rude. I told her it had to be refrigerated. When I got a call from my Dr that I had to redo the test I checked on patient portal which stated it was not. refrigerated. My insurance was charged for the test. I never went back..

This place is the absolute worst. The lab tech are extremely rude and uninformative. Don’t waste your time.

I don’t even know why I tried coming to this walgreens everyone there doesn’t want to work and are very rude and lazy. I tried calling multiple times to the labcorp inside the walgreens to see about getting bloodwork done and no one ever answers. I decided to just come up and when I got there it was one lady waiting I asked if i could get blood work done here and she proceeded to tell me yes but she’s alone and only doing appointments yet there was no one there waiting besides the lady she was calling in at that time. Extremely rude staff. Left us waiting for over 20 minutes past our appointment time only to tell us that they were closed now for the day (at 11 am). They talked down to us with an attitude even though we were early for the appointment and they took nearly 15 minutes with the person who they took before us. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid this location!!!!!
