This was a terrible experience. I was there 20 minutes before my appointment. I finally got called in about 50 minutes after I got there and after she took people that arrived after me. She was unable to draw blood first from my left arm and then from my right arm and said she has a 2 stick rule and said I had to reschedule She claimed she took others before me because her computer said I was a walk in and wanted to show me that and would not look at my phone to see I had an email confirming an appointment. I went to Labcorp at Walgreens in New City, NY this week for routine bloodwork. The lady named Candace was very polite and friendly. Not enough blood was coming out of my right vein. She was very apologetic about sticking me again but on my left arm. Her friendliness made it not too painful. She should get a pay raise from Labcorp. Keep your good employees.
You can't trust labcorp. Made appointments for this morning,and see the sign saying This location is closed 12/22/25 ,
