Terrible experience with the LabCorp in this Walgreens. Set an appointment for 11:15 and arrived with five people ahead. No line to wait by, barely any seating. By the time there's one person ahead of me at 11:55 they refuse to take people in because of lunch without any warning or notice. Why even have appointments then? There's plenty of other Labcorps around that seem better staffed. Elina at this location stated that they don’t “do” children. The website allowed me to make an appointment here, and I have worked in a setting similar to this before and I know that it’s not that the location doesn’t do children, it’s that she didn’t want to do the bloodwork for children. If the location didn’t allow pediatric patients, it would have created the block from allowing me to schedule an appointment. Very inconvenient and a huge waste of time.

The actual staff at the labcorp is a very nice cute old lady, the staff that work at Walgreens are also very nice. However the niceness doesn’t change the fact I came 15 min early and my appointment was basically canceled cause their computers are down. I have a printer at home I could’ve printed the referral if they just let me know especially when I was waiting for 40 min.
