Very slow and inefficient
I don't get all the negative reviews. I did wait for a long time because I didn't have an appt. The place was so busy and the people behind the counter and the phlebotomists were still all smiling and friendly. The two other locations nearby are currently closed which is why they are so busy. I find their website easy to login into and make an appt when I've used them in the past. I find there check in process really easy with clear instructions. And they have plenty of parking. I arrived on time & checked in at the kiosk. It was a 45 min wait for the lab work to occur
Lab testing in Portland and surrounding areas are a bit of a challenge. This location has a lot of room for improvement, I scheduled an appointment, show up, no one seems prepared to take me for my appt, was told they have other appts to get to, and here I stand 10 minutes past my scheduled appt. This place is always crowded with long waits.
The worst decision Providence ever made was to outsource to Labcorp. Tried to call to schedule an appointment yesterday, can’t do it over the phone. Drove to the facility, arrive at 4:01 - door locked and automated system says they close at 4. Called my PC today, they said to go over as you don’t need an appointment to leave a sample. Walked it at 3:34 - they wouldn’t let me sign in - said they close at 3:30. However the web site says they close at 5.
