Well over an hour wait is ridiculous. I wish Providence still operated this place.
Not sure about all the grumpy reviews…..my experience was great. No one ever really loves to go to the lab, but this location is 2 for 2 with excellent and efficient service. Walked in at 6:45, checked in, lab opens at 7. Was out by 7:15. Eric my phlebotomist was friendly (and very good…as it it didn’t hurt!) Thank you!
830 appointment, arrived at 820, scan barcode, hand in paperwork, sat for max 2 minutes, called back, nicest person ever, done and out at 829. Professional all around. Thank you.
