The ladies at the front desk at the time came off extremely rude when we arrived for a pickup stephanie and the other front desk lady told us they didn't have the items and tried to send us to a different location... wasting our time and gas..then we received a call 10mins later saying go back to the location and once we arrived for the 2nd time the ladies at the front desk tried to make us wait around while they do paperwork on the computer.. wasting more time after 5mins of waiting one of them walked us over to the items t... read more
Bring your patience when you come to this lab. Staff is very short tempered and abrupt. Very poor bedside manner. Not acceptable. Seems like a very busy location, but they could use a little kindness towards people who come in. Try treating them like a human instead of a number.
The gal who drew my blood (Anissa) was amazing!!!! I kid you not, she got it the first time (in super hard to get a vein) and I felt NOTHING!!!!!!
Walked in for routine lab work at 3pm on a Monday. It wasn’t too busy and I was seen within 10 minutes. Had a nice chat with the lab tech while she worked. It was a good experience.
Quick fast service. People were awsome.
