I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to complete a time-sensitive pre-employment drug screen here. I was sent back and forth between locations multiple times and ultimately arrived at Meridian Park shortly after 4 PM after being told they accepted walk-ins until 5:30. I went to get my blood drawn as usual. When i was advised i have an outstanding balance from 2022! Mind you I have been dealing with this issue for years. NOT MY PROBLEM, according to my portal I'm paid up! Well they will not take my blood until its paid! And Miss Dana exclaimed to the whole office how they work! I’ve been here three times in the recent past…once for myself and twice for my toddler. Check-in is easy. No wait time with a pre-scheduled appointment. Professional and efficient staff (especially with my daughter). Would not hesitate to recommend!
I had to check myself, and my insurance in on their computer. I must be on the payroll since I'm doing the work.
Located in the Medical Plaza 2 building on the first floor. You have to press the accessibility button to open the door to the lab office which is suite 145. Sign in on the kiosk, and then the phlebotomist will call you up to confirm your information before taking you back. You can make an appointment but they also take walk ins. We did a walk in appointment and probably took 15 minutes total from the time we walked in to the time we walked out.
