Every interaction I’ve had at this lab has been quick and efficient and not painful. They deserve a higher score than they have! I’ve been using them for myself, my mom and daughter. They are so convenient for our rural location. It saves us an hour or more of extra driving. So happy we have them in Sandy, Oregon.
Wow I don't know what to say. I can't believe the rude people in the office. If they don't want to work with the public get another job. That's my advice. My doctor orders labs through them. Otherwise I would never use this company. I'm going to have to talk to him and see if I can use another lab. If they can't treat me with respect for something so simle how can I trust my health/Lab work to be done respectfully?
