Been here a few times… Don’t understand all the negative reviews, but I suppose no one is thrilled to be getting bloodwork etc. My experiences have all been good. Waiting area is very comfortable, staff is nice and helpful, and IF you make an appointment, the wait time is very reasonable!
I have really good veins and the phlebotomist still managed to give me a hematoma when I had my specimens taken on Wednesday. I had to miss a day of work because I could not use my arm and I will have to alter my plans for the weekend since my arm is not at full strength still. Very disappointed in this company and I plan to never return.

Please place chairs in the inner waiting room, where patients wait to be called into the individual blood draw rooms. There's no need for patients to be left standing. Some are elderly.
