I hate needles so l get nervous before lab draws. The staff help you check in. The phlebotomist took her time to make sure she only needed to jab me once. She was efficient & no pain involved at all.
I was in and out with no appointment. The people in there are very kind!
I only go to the one on Almond Ave in Madera. The staff is friendly and the office is clean.
I love it they are so sweet and make me feel welcomed and is so pretty I love the colors and the themes just overall the best I’ve ever been too
The wait time is forever! Waited over 1 hr to be seen and then system shuts down. Need better system and more staffing and bigger facilities.
