Please make sure to label all specimen containers with the patients full name and DOB. I had to redo all my tests because nothing was labeled.

Don't go to this location! First, they don't have proper technicians who know how to draw blood. The lady poked my daughter more than 8 times before calling her supervisor to draw blood. Then they billed my insurance twice, once as in-network and 1 random bloodwork as out-of-network so they can get more money. They did it intentionally, I had to waste 2 days to get this reported and resolved. Fishy place-stay away!

The people are fine but the sign in kiosk is ridiculous. I’m sure labcorp loves to cut that job but they obviously don’t give a whip about the user either. I’m standing there digging through my purse - with no table or anything to set things down on, with my jacket standing up dropping stuff…to get my Medicare number that will never change after I’ve been here recently. I can easily go somewhere I don’t have to do that 3 TIMES (ID, 2 ins cards. Oh and if your address pops up and you click it, it doesn’t recognize it so you h... read more
