These Reviews are not good but helps a lot to make a decision where to take my mother for her blood work.
Took my 18 month old baby to get blood work. Phlebotomist got the thickest needle I asked her if she has a smaller one responded to me that was the smallest one. Blood took long to come out and started moving the thick needle around inside his skin. My baby obviously started crying and moving she called for help. And when the second phlebotomist came to assist she took the thinnest needle she had! That’s when I asked her how come you did not used the smallest at first. This website is TERRIBLE.!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE!!
Really long wait—we got here an hour and a half ago and still nothing. Checkin is with kiosk and the ladies at the front are very kind. However, being in an underserved area—the quality of this location is not as good—which is rather bad on Labcorps end. Even if this location is in an underserved area—these people deserve good quality of health care services.
