Really long wait—we got here an hour and a half ago and still nothing. Checkin is with kiosk and the ladies at the front are very kind. However, being in an underserved area—the quality of this location is not as good—which is rather bad on Labcorps end. Even if this location is in an underserved area—these people deserve good quality of health care services.

I've only ever gone on Saturdays right when they open. They move pretty fast, especially if you've scheduled an appointment and checked in online. Even as a walk-in, it goes by quickly. The kiosks do take some time to get used to and I understand some people might struggle with them especially if it's their first time and their info isn't already saved. Another thing is the waiting room is a bit small but since they go through people fast you don't have to stand for long if it's full.

First time there and was in and out. Had a appointment. Arrived 15 min early. Checked in on phone . Staff was friendly. I got called right on time and was done in about 5 min. No idea what the complaints are about
