Expect to wait and a stupid self serve check in with a small standing room only waiting room. Also appointments evidently mean nothing. Walk-in’s go before appointments. Get you labs done at your doctor if at all possible. Good luck

Appointment was scheduled for 9:30. At 10:30 still waiting. Why use a scheduling system when you don't abide by it. Won't use them again nor do I recommend them.

Easy parking and easy access to the building and the office is just inside the main entrance which makes it very convenient for handicapped individuals or for those with mobility issues. They have Kiosks inside that make the check-in process seamless. The Kiosks can even photograph your ID and insurance card(s). I’ve had labs drawn there 4-5 times over the past couple of years and I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes.

Got the run around 3x by the unprofessional staff. Wasted my time, energy & resources. Two thumbs down. Need all new, professional staff that does their jobs properly.

I had used this place in the past because they were able to do my son's lab work, and it was close to home.I don't know what happened, the lady who was able to draw his blood is no longer there and no one there is able to draw on him. He is a hard stick and I had brought him on 5 different occasions but nobody could draw his blood. This is your entire profession, there should never be a stick you can't get, otherwise get more experience.
