This place along with all other locations are a wreck, always a last minute excuse such as systems just shut down or some kind of "unforeseen circumstance" just to go to lunch early because all you here is laughter behind the walls at all locations.
This location is supposed to be open on Saturdays. A lot of people work through the week so we make the appointment to go on a Saturday. You get confirmation via email and text messaging. Get to the location on your appointment time and they are closed. It’s understandable when emergencies happen but if you can confirm my appointment through text or email, could you not send me a text or email letting me know my appointment is evidently been canceled. Horrible communication.
Nice clean and organize lab. Staff was friendly. Didn’t feel the poke.
