Absolutely horrible customer service, nothing but attitude. I actually walk out. I have never filled one of these out in 55 yrs put the receptionist was HORRIBLE.
Terrible . They never sent over my results to the hospital and workers are kind of mean . Muslim lady is the one who took my blood and never sent it over . Never going here again
