I've been in this location several times. Their site is a little bit small but the staff, Luz, Khanh, have a big heart for the patients. They are very friendly and professional. Anahid is exceptionally skilled in her job. She drew my blood in no time and I didn't even feel it. May God bless them all for the job they are doing. It is a very stressful job. Most people are fasting and it affects their behavior. Dealing with some of them could be so stressful. However, they try to be professional and calm. Thank you guys.
The front desk is so rude for no reason. I came in with the lab orders printed out specifically because I know sometimes they don't get sent over electronically. Mind you I work with the doctor who placed the lab orders. After running my insurance the front desk told me I had a total due and asked if I wanted to pay for it now or just get a bill with so much attitude. She would not allow me time to read the agreement I was about to sign and told me "just sign at the bottom". I did not have an issue paying for lab test at all... read more
I had a pleasant experience here today. There were lot of ppl before me and I did a walk-in. There were only two phlebotomists but they swiftly attended all of them. I have small veins and am usually pricked multiple times, but Zoya was calm, patient and amazing at her job. Will definitely recommend them.
Kind staff with Professional service. And the results came out so quick. I was impressed. Only downside was that it wasn’t super easy to locate it in the complex.
quick feedback about the lady who draws blood here - i had my doctor order in blood tests which i went to get done , I asked her to use the pediatric vials instead of regular ones - she refused, i asked her can you please use the butterfly needle- again refused , I asked her can you please be a little gentle - she was literally using the needle while it was inserted in my arm to pull my skin using it ? ! she absolutely does not care about hurting people who come for a blood draw specially if you are coming in with a conditio... read more
