Fast, efficient, professional.
Wait was a bit long and slow. Blood draw was quick but they declined the urine test that my doc ordered. No biggie Next day morning I looked at the injection site, oh my goodness, first time in my life seeing this after blood draw. Bruised and swollen, feels like a small cotton ball stuck inside. Seeing my doctor this afternoon to figure this out. I will go to other labcorp location in the future. Photo from a week ago vs today. Still bruised badly :(
I came here on a Saturday afternoon. I booked my blood draw appointment about half hour prior. I showed up and waited 5 mins and got my labs drawn and I was gone within 10-15 mins. One stick. The two staff there were very courteous and professional. The place was a little difficult to find so I attached a picture. 5 stars from me.
I've been in this location several times. Their site is a little bit small but the staff, Luz, Khanh, have a big heart for the patients. They are very friendly and professional. Anahid is exceptionally skilled in her job. She drew my blood in no time and I didn't even feel it. May God bless them all for the job they are doing. It is a very stressful job. Most people are fasting and it affects their behavior. Dealing with some of them could be so stressful. However, they try to be professional and calm. Thank you guys.
The front desk is so rude for no reason. I came in with the lab orders printed out specifically because I know sometimes they don't get sent over electronically. Mind you I work with the doctor who placed the lab orders. After running my insurance the front desk told me I had a total due and asked if I wanted to pay for it now or just get a bill with so much attitude. She would not allow me time to read the agreement I was about to sign and told me "just sign at the bottom". I did not have an issue paying for lab test at all... read more
