Scheduled appointment at 1:30pm online and arrived to find note on the door that they closed at 12pm. It would have been nice to have been notified since they were able send me reminders for the appointment.
BE AWARE! Be very careful with them, they are scammers when it comes to $$. Make sure, to get all your information like order #, test #, requisition #, invoice #. Take a screen shot of your online page with the payment, because they will delete everything withing a week or so, if they know they need to give you a refund. Next thing they will tell you that they can't find any of your payment information. I been here couple times, my first experience were great with a young lady, who drew my blood, no pain. She was pretty busy that day on her own but made it happen very quick in and out. But recently I went in, I was hoping to see her again. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case a gentleman took way to long and beside that he was just complaining that he didn’t have no help and so on, Umm well maybe, if he got off his phone and did his job things won’t get backed up. 7/8/25 morning shift tech! Only one tech at work! Walked in for blood work! I didn’t catch her name but she was fantastic! Professional! Sweet! Give her a raise! :)
I did a walk-in, they got me in within 5 mins! Staff were super friendly and gentle. Would definitely recommend this location!
