Jennifer, the Phlebotomist, is a “one-man-show.” She checks in patients at a window, just inside the building’s main front entrance. She has to input all the information in the computer. Then, she calls you back for the blood draw. Jennifer is very pleasant, professional, and highly skilled. How do I personally know that she’s “highly skilled?” I’ve been an RN for nearly 40 years and started countless IV’s.
