Went to the Lebanon location for some tests and the staff was friendly, things moved quickly, and they answered all of my questions.
Be sure to make an appointment. Fasted for 12 hours and did a walk-in 15 minutes before they opened. Had to sit for over an hour just to be told there were five people in front of me After being in the queue for over an . There’s only one person that works at this location and they are the receptionist and also the blood draw tech. Very poorly run.
My first experience here was positive and the phlebotomist is great to work with however, the second time I’ve come my wait was 45 minutes at least I had to leave due to another appointment, it would be nice to have someone at the window to let us know how late they were running versus our scheduled appointment.
Extremely slow and takes too long.
