So inept every time I go there they messed up my name in the portal making my records inaccesible. Have to mentioned this is NOT the first time.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I’ve also used the “contact us” page in labcorp to let them know about my experience. I only ended up at this location bc my doctor’s office forgot to send over my lab order and I could not get it in time for my original appt at another location. So, in desperation I made an appointment this morning online for the only location that had a morning appointment. My appointment was for 11am and arrived 15 minutes early. An amazingly efficient office. The techs are just so king and professional. It is a small location but once you get in, it's a breeze to go through. We have always been impressed by the folks here!!
Quick and easy. My appointment was at 1:00. I was in my car before 1. I'm happy !
I wish I could give this location zero stars. The staff is so unfriendly, their system always seems to be down, and every time I called and asked a question they would respond with "what" I am cancelling my appointment and going elsewhere.
