I came into the office and there was no one in there, but two employees. They didn't greet me and were actually rude. I had two children running around and was clearly struggling to sign myself in And didn't offer to help. they were back there, complaining about how they were getting ready to close up at 3:40pm. Once they were ready for us, one of the employees told me to come back she didn't wait 2 seconds before asking me to come back again. The ladies are nice and good people but I have had the absolute worst time dealing with them when it comes to my STANDING lab order and billing. It is the same blood tests EVERY month. Why is it a different amount EVERY month. Then I have sit on hold for 20 minutes just talk to some poor customer service person that doesn’t know why I am mad! How are they supposed to fix these problems if I am telling the problems to some random person in a different state! Honestly will never come here again, my time and money has been wast... read more

I've had biometric screenings and blood work done at this Labcorp several times now over the past few years. Almost every visit I've checked in with my drivers license and was called back within a couple minutes. I've not timed it, but I'm pretty sure I've been in and out within 10 minutes every time, even when getting a biometric screening. I've been well pleased!
