Good god. Avoid this Labcorp and st marks like the plague. Go to the U for real healthcare. Phlebotomist was wonderful but everything else about the experience gets zero stars. Front desk gentleman seemed taken aback when I met him with the same attitude and tone he was giving. Additionally, discussing other pt dx loudly, and talking about how their tests weren’t indicated. My guy, you’re not the ordering provider or medically trained.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. The receptionist was extremely rude and unapproachable, which immediately made the visit uncomfortable. What stood out the most was watching him refuse to assist someone who clearly needed help due to a language barrier. I understand that there are self check-in kiosks, but that doesn’t mean the human aspect of customer service should be ignored. Taquanna was a DELIGHT! Loved her. She did my blood draw sooo fast even though I was so dehydrated! Definitely make an appointment. The waiting room was PACKED at 1:00 on a Wednesday, but I got in really fast bc I had an appointment. The office is hard to find. Park in the east parking garage & go to this entrance (see photo. Then go down the elevators to the basement. Everything at this hospital is sooo hard to find bc it’s so big! The ladies at the information and registration desks are nice and helpful though!

Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room because they can’t do more than 3 blood draws per hour.

Showed up early, as directed, waited more than forty-five minutes. Do not make appointments near lunch time. Avoud if any other option exists.
