Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours in the waiting room because they can’t do more than 3 blood draws per hour.
Showed up early, as directed, waited more than forty-five minutes. Do not make appointments near lunch time. Avoud if any other option exists.
Their service is terrible. I only came to drop off some samples for testing and they still made me wait over two hours just to leave one sample. Awful service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Wish I could give a better review but same experience as so many others. Long waits and poor communication are the main issues. It is sad to see so many bad reviews and no efforts by the company to improve the level of service. Obviously they don't care about how people feel about their experience.
