Polite, quick, professional service. Great to have a local location. Located inside the Legacy.
How does one rate a lab? The directions lead you to Legacy Firwood Clinic. There's no sign, but it's inside the clinic & there's a kiosk to your left to check in. You don't have to check in at the front desk--use the kiosk & follow the prompts. Just reviewing to let people know the info that's confusing. They need better signage outside, that's all. So, I guess 4/5??
Lab corps in Sandy Oregon is not located as indicated on their web site. Went through all requirements to get the appt only to have to redo upon arrival. Before blood draw was again ask to verify all insurance was correct. It wasn't correct even after being put in the system correctly 3 times. Blood draw to check potassium was at 09:55 and as 17:25 no results yet. All I can recommend is go to a different lab for blood draws as this is my 3rd unsatisfactory visit. In plain words they SUCK!!!
