This is the slowest and worst place I have ever been to for blood work. There were 2 people that were supposed to be drawing blood but only 1 was doing it. I guess if you want to wait forever to get blood work done you can go there. I will be telling my provider that they can send my orders elsewhere.
Seamless process
Their phone tree is horrible. I can’t talk to anyone. It is a very take our options or leave kind of feeling. After multiple attempts, I can say this is one of the places you want to avoid. You cannot reach anyone. Update: Every step you take with this company is full of obstruction. Be forewarned. The administrative/business side of this entity is grossly inhuman. Phone trees and convoluted processes will take hours of your day.
Staff was courteous, but butterfly needles were not available. The only option used was a standard vacutainer needle, which was not suitable for my veins and resulted in an unsuccessful draw. It feels unprofessional for a lab not to have the appropriate equipment for blood draws.
