Their phone tree is horrible. I can’t talk to anyone. It is a very take our options or leave kind of feeling. After multiple attempts, I can say this is one of the places you want to avoid. You cannot reach anyone.
Savannah did a great job. It wasn’t clear what needed to be done from the doctor’s office so she clarified both with my doctor and with Labcorp.. This required her to shorten her lunch break, which I did not ask for, but she insisted. She wanted to “make it right” since it was my second visit. Anyway, she went far beyond what was necessary for excellent customer service. Her blood draw today was great.
The actual staff were nice but the entire set up is frustrating. Only option for check in is an annoying tablet that requires you agree to texting and emailing (we really need more of that, huh?) The TV on the wall is irritating, playing on repeat word of the day or broad health advice in an annoying voice while you’re waiting. Also, somehow LabCorps system for the tech’s couldn’t locate my orders so I wasn’t even able to get my lab work done. They have you check in and don’t follow the order they have people going in that came after you and wait times are long unacceptable. At least follow the check in order that what it is for
I was a little worried because of the bad reviews, but my appointment went smoothly and I was happy with the service.
