They have you check in and don’t follow the order they have people going in that came after you and wait times are long unacceptable. At least follow the check in order that what it is for
I was a little worried because of the bad reviews, but my appointment went smoothly and I was happy with the service.

If zero stars could be given, then this lab deserves zero
I was nervous going in after reading all the bad reviews. I parked in the parking garage then went up to the 6th floor. I don’t understand all the bad reviews the check in kiosk was self explanatory and workers were nice and professional. I did wait a little bit, but nothing crazy since I was a walk in and even so the phlebotomist apologized for the wait time.
