Stephanie was amazing! I'm a very hard stick. She got it on the first try & filled all tubes without another stick. Didn't feel a thing. 🩷
I am writing this review as the mother of a patient. Our experience with this laboratory has been extremely disappointing. We have received multiple emails, each requesting different corrections or additional information. Instead of reviewing everything at once, they asked us to make changes on three separate occasions. This has made the entire process unnecessarily long, frustrating, and inefficient. I also requested twice that my son's results be sent to me by email. I had a very pleasant and efficient service at this location with Stephanie (and a lady in training). I did go ahead and make an appointment vs walk-in, since an option was available near to a convenient time for me, and upon arrival, the kiosk check-in was extremely efficient. I was then checked in by Stephanie and seen immediately (I arrived 15 min before my appointment time). Stephanie took my order, took my blood, and sent me on my way. Idk how long results will take, but I'd return to this location again.
I’m nervous about needles and getting my blood drawn due to a bad experience, but my nurse was extremely kind and caring and made the experience as good as it can be. The smooth jazz in the room also made me feel a bit better. You can tell they care about their patients here.
Quick, friendly and efficient. Was in there for a total of 37 min and thats only because I had to wait 15 in the middle of a test ( for the test to work)
