Do not go here. They were 30 minutes late for my appointment, long wait time. I went in for a blood draw. Simple blood draw, I’m an easy poke, big veins. The tech missed my easy to stick veins and hit my nerve. 3 weeks out my nerve is still messed up and feels like electricity running through my arm. Very rude front desk staff today
Very rude receptionist. There's a sign that says to wait to be called up. Then you go up there and she says to check in at the kiosk (what's the point of having a receptionist then, but fine.) So then we check in at the kiosk and come back to the desk. Exasperated she asks us to wait a moment and then asks how she can help. We say we have an appointment at 9:30 and through gritted teeth she again half shouts "DID YOU CHECK IN AT THE KIOSK???" If you are in a hurry to do your labs done on lunch break avoid this lab because you’ll be waiting minimum 30 min to just check in! The SLOWEST front desk check-in employee in the history of healthcare. Chit-chatting with patients about irrelevant things while huge crowd is waiting. We came for urine test only, checked in on their pad, still we had to wait in line just to be told to grab the cup in the bathroom and leave the sample. Every time I schedule an appointment here and arrive early or on time it takes about an hour plus to be seen. Not to mention the phlebotomists here can never seem to get my vein often taking 3+ times to get my blood. Waste of time and clearly they need better training.
