Avoid this place. Drive an hour away and still get back home before they would have called your name here. Never enough staff for the patient load at this location. Appointment times are a joke.

Worst place. I was waiting one hour and wasn’t called in. There were few people in the waiting area. I left without blood drawn and never go there again. Front desk staff was unpleasant too.

I wish I read reviews before scheduling an “appointment”. It really doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, still had to wait over an hour. Very unorganized, unprofessional and rude to people. Only giving two stars for the young sweet lady who drew my blood, who was quick and gentle.

I walked in on a Saturday morning for lab work and waited for two and a half hours after checking in, but my name was never called. When I followed up at the front desk, the receptionist gave me a rude answer that she can’t do anything. Fifteen minutes later, the technician finally came out to announce that their computer systems were down. I ended up leaving without ever completing my lab work. I highly discourage anyone from coming here, and I will definitely not be back.
