Always have terrible experience here. Long wait times, under staffed. Information on wait times is also non-transparent. Expect delays up to 2+ hours even on weekday mornings.
They are so unorganized. I have been waiting for 2 hours. They finally call me back and can't find my name. Ridiculous. Just for blood work.
I went in there just to pick up a stool sample kit and the red headed older lady( that use to be in North Everett all the time) at the lab told me I had to check in at the kiosk. So I did that and I’m standing there, waiting, waiting and waiting. I finally had to go,a hour later I received a text on my phone saying that tech was looking for me. Look for a different Labcorp location. If you already have an appointment scheduled, change it—seriously. The management here is extremely disappointing. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and ended up waiting over an hour and a half, and the staff mentioned the delay as if it were no big deal. There’s clearly no respect for patients’ time. If you value your time and a smooth experience, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
Just a heads up for anyone going on Saturday. I arrived at 7:50 outside the building was a line that stretched almost to the parking lot. When the building opened some people went to the walk in clinic but most lined up for labcorp. The line was at least 25 people. Labcorp didn't open their doors until 8:10 the first patient I saw go back was 8:20. I expect to wait well over an hour. This post is just about what to expect.
