I read so many bad reviews I was afraid I’d have a horrible wait and be poked painfully. Nope, that didn’t happen. I was car to car in about 30 minutes, and it was a long draw of 8 vials. She got the vein in the first try. I’m so anxious with blood draws I’ve already forgotten her name, but she was super nice and good at her job.
Iris did my blood draw today, and she was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure I felt comfortable and checked in on me, which really made a difference. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about wait times, but personally, I’d much rather wait and know that proper care is being taken to ensure a safe, sterile blood draw. Always have terrible experience here. Long wait times, under staffed. Information on wait times is also non-transparent. Expect delays up to 2+ hours even on weekday mornings.
They are so unorganized. I have been waiting for 2 hours. They finally call me back and can't find my name. Ridiculous. Just for blood work.
I went in there just to pick up a stool sample kit and the red headed older lady( that use to be in North Everett all the time) at the lab told me I had to check in at the kiosk. So I did that and I’m standing there, waiting, waiting and waiting. I finally had to go,a hour later I received a text on my phone saying that tech was looking for me.
