if you can go to one of the beverly hills locations, take the extra few minutes to go there instead. no wait, quiet and clean environment, painless, done in 15 min. i have no idea why there were so many people at the westlake location. took me around an hour of mostly waiting to get out.
Honestly, this is the worst place. The nurses are incredibly rude and yell at you when you ask them something. They should treat their patients with more respect; they make you wait for long hours. Terrible service.
Horrible customer service! I was told there was no order on file when my doctor sent a notification that they did send the referral. Also, no desire to help out and make a situation easier for the patient.
Moved to 4th floor
Slow service i already mentioned from the time I checked in that I have an appointment and still I was considered as walk in however paperworks and labwork are slow poor service that I have to go down twice to check parking and need to load every 30 minutes for metered parking and parking here is difficult I will never go back and recommend this clinic Other labcorp are okay and will try in the future
