Do not go here. Got blood drawn for my NIPT testing (non invasive pre natal) important first trimester blood work that be really reassuring for parents to be…and they never even sent it to the lab. Waited weeks for results and when I finally asked someone to reach out, it was confirmed that the bloodwork was never even sent from this location
I saw some negative reviews before going, so I wanted to share my positive experience here. The whole process was actually very organized. I made an appointment ahead of time, checked in, and was in and out in around 30 minutes. One thing to keep in mind is that this location seems to stay very busy, so it’s definitely best to book an appointment in advance. I recently went to this Labcorp. I usually go to the site across the street, frankford locations but I gave this one a try. Young African American lady with blonde hair helped me check in was very professional & helpful . I went to the receptionist area & that’s where my experience took a turn. Very ghetto blasting inappropriate music in a work setting & the desk people were very rude. Phlebotomist was very quick and nice as well, middle aged African American woman. Easy to find. Clean
I've using Lab Corp for some time now with very good results ,I schedule my appt get there on time and make sure papers are in order.the staff moves as quickly as possible since walk ins and appointments are being taken care of. The office and lab rooms are neat and clean.
