After taking samples they called me back to tell me that they didn't have an order for 2 of the tests my doctor ordered, that the front desk had seen when I checked in. When the labwork came back 2 additional tests were missing. For a total of 4 tests not done. I was seen quickly and the experience was typical. but needing a second appointment at another location to finish my tests makes this location a no go.
I would give this labcorp zero stars if it were possible. After two terrible experiences, I will not be returning.
Not sure why people leave this location a bad review. It’s labcorp, they have walk-in appointments on Saturdays. It’s clean. Everyone there is efficient and kind enough for how nasty and entitled the patients are.
I was nervous about this place based on the reviews I saw but it wasn’t bad at all. Got in quickly and the blood draw was trouble free.
Do not go here. Got blood drawn for my NIPT testing (non invasive pre natal) important first trimester blood work that be really reassuring for parents to be…and they never even sent it to the lab. Waited weeks for results and when I finally asked someone to reach out, it was confirmed that the bloodwork was never even sent from this location
