I recently went to this Labcorp. I usually go to the site across the street, frankford locations but I gave this one a try. Young African American lady with blonde hair helped me check in was very professional & helpful . I went to the receptionist area & that’s where my experience took a turn. Very ghetto blasting inappropriate music in a work setting & the desk people were very rude. Phlebotomist was very quick and nice as well, middle aged African American woman. I've using Lab Corp for some time now with very good results ,I schedule my appt get there on time and make sure papers are in order.the staff moves as quickly as possible since walk ins and appointments are being taken care of. The office and lab rooms are neat and clean.

They were closed and did not reschedule my appointment. Didn’t inform anyone that they would not be open the day of the snow storm. Every other location canceled the appointments. I’m currently pregnant and would have like to know ahead of time. I also wasted my sick time from work. Still no updates from this office. I have a screenshot of office and the one across the street. Still at that time of the day they were “taking appointments”.

Why is every labcorp front desk employee mad? Who hurt you? Are you taking out your childhood trauma on the rest of us? God forbid anyone comes to the front desk to ask a question; you ignore patients to delete your spam emails in your outlook. Sure let me watch you hit delete for 10 mins. If you don’t like dealing with people or dislike your job. Quit. Go work at Home Depot they pay the same and you can stock shelves. Don’t be mad at the world cause you can’t be nice.
