Terrible department. The administrator is rude and doesn't want to help people. We waited for a long time and then they said they couldn't accept us. If it was possible to put minus 5 stars.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this LabCorp location. I came in for a Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) with orders to check both my glucose and insulin levels. The GTT is already a physically demanding and uncomfortable process. During the test, the staff only drew one tube of blood at each 30-minute interval. I explicitly double-checked with the phlebotomist, asking if one tube was sufficient for both the glucose and insulin metrics. They confidently assured me it was. Easy walk in. CLEAN. Lots of parking. Scan your drivers license & insurance to check in. OR Get the Labcorp app & scan your QR code (weirdly, find QR on menu -> appointments) Ps: Jazmin who drew my blood was friendly and efficient. That was easy!
