Worse facility I have ever been to. It is Monday Aug 10 2:06 pm.The greeter or receptionist at the front needs OJT on customer service. Specifically in how to greet customers. She has not smiled once and is rude when you walk up to the window; not just to me but everyone I have observed. Why do companies hire people like this is beyond my comprehension. The person who took me to the back was wonderful
Went on a Saturday. The door says 7:00 but they do open at 6:30. Super fast check in. The very nice lady who took my blood was absolutely awesome! Made sure to ask if I was doing ok. Absolutely recommend.
Very busy office but if you have an appointment, they honor your time without a long wait. I was in and out within 18 minutes and that's with a full waiting room. The staff was courteous. I will definitely come again to the lab.
The office on Brimhall is spacious! All the staff are very kind and courteous. Thank you!
