Got here at 4:59 they said the system was closed already march Friday 13,2026. Doors was open .we Travel 73 miles from cal city to Bakersfield. For this type of service and its health service. No understanding of the waste of gas or money to travel here . Just go home right after 5 .
What a perfect visit this morning. I made an appt online and this lab was amazing. Check in was simple and quick. Place was clean. Staff was super friendly. I was called back just before my appointment time with even a half full waiting room and out quickly. I would highly recommend this facility IF you yourself go in there prepared. Thank you Misty for getting my sample quick and easy and you being amazing.
Love this location! It's best if you make a appointment! The collection staff is always friendly and professional. For the past 3 years we have used this location every 3-4 weeks for blood draws and the plebotomists are always top notch! I will agree with other reviews that the 2 ladies that work front desk are quite short, not friendly, or engaging. But I give all the phelbotomists a 5+🌟 rating and would recommend.
Front desk girls are rude. Blood girls are nice. They should be nice to everyone
