Very busy office but if you have an appointment, they honor your time without a long wait. I was in and out within 18 minutes and that's with a full waiting room. The staff was courteous. I will definitely come again to the lab.

I always receive great service here, but I honestly dread coming in because of the wait listening to the TV that’s always on Judge Judy. It feels pretty negative and kind of draining, which really affects the overall experience while waiting. Since most of us are already here for something like bloodwork or other unfun tests, it would be so much nicer to have something lighter and more upbeat playing in the background to help keep the atmosphere calm and positive. Just a small change like that would make a big difference
Just left from LabCorp, Liz is the tech who did my daughter’s lab work and she was very patient, gentle and professional. I would recommend this location and especially for kids!
Got here at 4:59 they said the system was closed already march Friday 13,2026. Doors was open .we Travel 73 miles from cal city to Bakersfield. For this type of service and its health service. No understanding of the waste of gas or money to travel here . Just go home right after 5 .
