I ordered lab work online through the ondemand site and prepaid for it. I set up my appointment online, arrived the next day, went up to the kiosk, the staff greeted me, I confirmed my info and checked in, and within 30 minutes was taken back (even with a full lobby). The nurse was very good at sticking me (i have a phobia of needles and blood and can't watch or i'll faint and/or puke) - i hardly noticed and the process was less than 5 minutes. Angry, hostile phlebotomists should never be allowed to take blood. It was a horrible experience. The wait times are ridiculous!!! Go to Quest... and avoid this place. Please! LabCorp is the absolute worst.
Please educate your employees about HIPAA compliance!! They should not be asking customers with confirmed appointments to verify confidential information such as DOB, weight, or discuss sensitive medical conditions in front of the entire lobby. Those conversations should happen in private. I have never seen anything this bad in my life. I will never return here. My experience here was great. I scheduled an appointment and was behind scheduled . The ladies made me feel welcome and told me no worries. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes
Erika is amazing. I showed up after they quit accepting appointments and she still worked me in. Definitely recommend. Thank you again Erika.
