April 2026. Once again staff upfront chatting about upcoming holidays with people in line. Why can't 1 out of these 3 people focus on work and assisting patients. People don't feel well and want to go home. Poorly managed facility. None are English speakers and I think that's the problem. Feb 2026: Slow and rude. Bertha was confused the entire time. Only 2 ppl here and it took her over 30 minutes to seat me for labs. Then the staff only communicated in Spanish. So awkward.
I pray you, nor your family members, never have to use this lab. My experience was terrible, and I recommend you find another place to go. This is the worst of "healthcare". Slow, disorganized and the staff are completely overwhelmed.
Adriana was so wonderful and kind to my mom that my mom called me to tell me this was the best lab experience she’s ever had in her life. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
