Worst experience of my life. Had an appointment, came in, estimated wait time was 2 hours from when my appointment was originally. So I cancelled and left. On my way out I had to pay still, even though my appointment couldn’t be fulfilled to park. I parked, paid on my way out, and i lost my ticket as it fell out of my pocket. The girl directing the parking was so rude to me, didn’t even give me the time of day to explain. Quick and professional experience! I arrived for my appointment and was seen exactly on schedule. updated review 7/10/2026: Bertha G. is such a professional phlebotomist!! she your most valued employee!
