Quick and professional experience! I arrived for my appointment and was seen exactly on schedule. I especially appreciated the building’s security guard; he was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to remind first-time visitors to pay for parking before heading back to their cars. Unlike some garages where you can pay at the exit gate, this facility requires payment beforehand, so his heads-up was very much appreciated.

How is their website going to let me make a appointment on Friday for Monday, then tell me Monday that my appointment has been canceled last minute, and now says the location is closed on Monday, even though their internet hours say different??? Do these people enjoy toying with the ill??? All I need is these test results to start treatment and they can't do their advertised jobs to get that done. It's like these people get a sick thrill off messing us.

Bertha was AMAZING. Blood draws are my absolute biggest anxiety/panic inducer and this was by far one of the easiest experiences I’ve had getting bloodwork done. She was calm, accommodating, and so so sweet. The facility was clean, quiet, appointment was right on time, and it was a quick procedure. I’d recommend this location (and Bertha!) to anyone needing to get lab work done.
