I like this place they are fast and the people are nice YES. They are crowded but that is because people have discovered them. If you have to go somewhere you make sure you have time to sit and wait that is just good sense
My grandmother had been coming here for years I have been taking her here for the last 5 years since my grandfather passed. we have never been treated in such a disgusting way before!! If I could give this place 0 starts I would! They also need to clean that place better. The lady at the Front desk is high I came with my grandmother who has dementia at open and when I got to the front desk the lady who called me up was rude and smelled like weed and definitely looked high! Absolutely terrible. Two people taking blood and one person at the front desk. They all moved in slow motion, taking forever. Definitely need three people taking blood and two at the front desk. After 35 minutes, I questioned the desk person about why she didn't call me yet to finish my check-in. She basically told me to sit down and wait my turn in a nasty manner. I walked out. I've been coming to this location to receive my blood work for years - before it ever turned into a LabCorp. Even after transition to this terrible company, I continued to come. Today I was treated with such disrespect by the woman at the counter checking me in I almost walked out. First she accused me of already receiving my blood work which was a lie, then when I told her that is not the case, she tried to insinuated I was lying.
