My grandmother had been coming here for years I have been taking her here for the last 5 years since my grandfather passed. we have never been treated in such a disgusting way before!! If I could give this place 0 starts I would! They also need to clean that place better. Absolutely terrible. Two people taking blood and one person at the front desk. They all moved in slow motion, taking forever. Definitely need three people taking blood and two at the front desk. After 35 minutes, I questioned the desk person about why she didn't call me yet to finish my check-in. She basically told me to sit down and wait my turn in a nasty manner. I walked out. I've been coming to this location to receive my blood work for years - before it ever turned into a LabCorp. Even after transition to this terrible company, I continued to come. Today I was treated with such disrespect by the woman at the counter checking me in I almost walked out. First she accused me of already receiving my blood work which was a lie, then when I told her that is not the case, she tried to insinuated I was lying. Been going to this location for years. Years!!@ . Today was worst visit ever. Desk person rude, tech non verbal. Specimens not handled well now. Labcorp, you need to observe and supervise much more. This location used to be great,but not today.
Wonderful, efficient location! I was sent by my physician after my appt. Walked in, registered was taken at patient registration by Destiny who was so efficient. Had a question, called my physician he told her and I was working with the plebotomist in no time. She was wonderful as well. I had a horrible at the Labcorp location at Ricboro. The staff was unprofessional. Was told my form was a mess, my physician was not a Dr. I was sent home. Very upsetting. There was no comparison between the two locations!
