I took my mother to LabCorp on 9/29/2026 check-in time 1:10 pm. The person who took the lab work was very rude. I asked his name he wouldn’t provide it then he said that it’s Eric, therefore I’m putting the time on the date. Even worse than that, a girl was working with him. She was very condescending to my mother, A 71 Old. She made A very rude comment. And she made a gesture to me to like sit down just because I said my mother is fasting. Made an appt for 7:00 a.m. and waited over 30 minutes outside the door knocking for someone to answer, and could hear the staff inside the waiting room. Ended up just leaving. This place is a joke

All I can say is that I should’ve heeded the bad reviews. I waited 30 min until a man unlocked the door to the dark building, and I went down creepy pitch black stairs to the dankest basement labcorp ever. I checked in and waited 20 minutes for the tech (Ladayshay) to show up to the desk. My lab order was sent in days prior by my doctor and I had also emailed it to the (correct) email earlier this morning.
