I have had two recent visits to this Labcorp in the last few days, both of which left me feeling very frustrated and confused at how they manage the office. Across my experiences, they couldn’t find orders that were sent to them, they lost orders they had in their system a few days prior, they almost drew blood for testing I didn’t need until I corrected them, and they almost missed testing I did need and had orders for until I repeatedly questioned them. This location and set up is terrible. Paper signs and a blank waiting room full of folding chairs feels super creepy and weird. There is always over an hour wait no matter what time of day or day you go. The phlebotomists are great, but that’s it. Having to spend half a day for a 5 second routine blood draw is ridiculous. LabCorp needs to invest WAY more in Owasso.

Worst lab experience EVER and I'm 61. Waited over 2 hours from check in. Wasn't told they didn't know how to code the orders for over an hour. I had to call my doctor's office and they had to help them code the paperwork....I would think if you are billing for things you should know how to n input it! After the call, I was told I would be after the lady who just went back. 45 minutes more passed.
