Labcorp computerized system to check in doesn't work for Patiences who aren't computer savvy. Staff is NOT available to help. Shows a lack of respect for the Patience's.
It's 4:45pm, I'm standing in front of their entrance, the door is locked. Someone is clearly visible at the front desk and won't look at me when I knock. The text on their front door and Google both say they are open until 5pm. Today is not a holiday. What the hecky is going on here? 🤔
