Their customer service is very bad. On top of that, after I checked in, I waited for about two hours. Three people who checked in after me were called in and went ahead of me. When I asked, she told me it’s by appointment, but everyone comes to be served at their scheduled time—no one comes just to sit and wait. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience at this Labcorp location today as a walk-in. There were several patients waiting in the front, and it took an extremely long time just to bring the gentleman in before me to the back. What was confusing is that the back did not appear busy, yet the process of calling patients was very slow.
