Que mala atención al cliente… si uno no habla inglés no lo quieren atender vía telefónica… hoy 10 de junio necesitaba unas indicaciones para mi prueba y pese que llame dos veces las dos me colgaron… me dijeron no hablamos español, realmente qué decepción de trato al cliente buscaré otro laboratorio que sea más amable en su atención…
The person who did my blood draw was very polite and professional
I gain zero joy from leaving a dissatisfied review but I feel it’s my duty as a patient. My complaint is about the staff, more specifically Paula. An uncomfortable amount of dismissive comments and moody responses. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she had a rough day, but once I saw all 33 of her teeth when she spoke to another patient, I figured it might be personal…maybe I look like someone she used to know? He llevado a mis hijos hacerse sus exámenes es un buen laboratorio, este lugar está en el 4 piso, cuando llegas tienes que chequearte en las máquinas que están en el lugar lo puedes poner en el idioma que prefieras pones tu seguro médico si tienes sino ahí te da muchas opciones hasta pagar cash, eso sí llegue y estaba bastante lleno hay que llegar temprano, bueno luego de chequearte en las máquinas te sientas a esperar que te llamen las señoritas que están enfrente pagas si tienes que pagar o si te lo cubre el seguro no, lue... read more
One of the best lab experiences I've had. Friendly, efficient check-in procedure. Phlebotomist (Paula) was excellent. I've had a lot of blood draws in my life, and this was one of the quickest and least painful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
