The girl who drew my blood was very nice and it didn’t hurt at all. But I have not been able to reach anyone to get my results. Nothing is in the portal, my doctor has not received anything, and no one is calling back regarding my messages.
This place is HORRIBLE. You wait an hour plus even with an appointment. The staff is extremely rude and SLOW. They also give a vibe of we don’t care about you. Do not come here. Save yourself the sanity and make an appointment at a different location. The blonde front desk gal is rude and very short in her tone. There absolutely no urgency with the staff here.
Took time off work to come get my lab work done. As soon as I got in I was told that their computers were down and that unless I had the documentation from my doctor I wouldnt be able to get lab work done. Keep in mind I directly ordered labs from labcorp and it still didnt matter. Got no emails or notifications just had to make sure to waste my time to be notified of this. Multibillion dollar corporation can't keep its systems up.
Amanda was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't find my insurance and she showed me on my lab order. She helped me upload my orders too. I'm usually a difficult blood draw but she got it right away and no pain! Thank you Amanda!
